Last updated: June 8, 2026

Agreement

By using kidcue, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

kidcue helps parents reflect on difficult moments and turn them into coaching notes with suggested words and small next steps. We may update or discontinue features at any time.

Not professional advice

kidcue is for general parenting support only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or emergency advice. If you or your child are in danger, contact local emergency services.

Your account

You are responsible for your sign-in method and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate contact information and keep your account secure.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give kidcue permission to store and process your content to provide the service, including generating coaching notes and follow-up replies.

Plans and billing

kidcue may offer a free plan and one or more paid plans (such as Kidcue Plus). What each plan includes, including any usage limits, is shown in the app or at checkout and may change from time to time. If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew for the period shown at checkout unless you cancel through Stripe. After cancellation, paid features generally remain available until the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout. Prices and plan terms may change with notice in the app or on our website. Billing questions: kidcueapp@gmail.com.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Questions: kidcueapp@gmail.com.
